L2P is fortunate to be recognized as a leader in the design of Science and Technology building types, having successfully completed over 4 million square feet of relevant projects in the last 5 years alone. Our focus is primarily on Research and Development facilities in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Life Sciences, Chemical and Petrochemical markets, with clients in the private, higher education, and government sectors.  The principals leading this effort, Ken DuBois and Joel Ziegler, have over 40 years of combined experience in these building types, and are involved in every project at all phases of design and construction. 

The success of L2P in Science and Technology results from our approach to design and experience with these program types. The design process is a collaborative endeavor; we look to partner with our clients to understand the goals and parameters of the project and work with end users to discern the program, workflows, and layouts. Working with consulting engineers for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, we coordinate the implementation of building systems and equipment into the building as a whole.
