L2P is excited to be part of this year’s AIA Philadelphia Architecture Exhibit on display in the rotunda of Liberty Place. Every year, Architects from around the Philadelphia area showcase their recent work in Center City for the public to see. This year, L2P's four projects on display. Two of the projects have already been completed and are occupied: Endo Health Solutions, a ground-up building in Malvern, PA; and University of the Sciences’ IPEX Building, a campus building designed to house a brand new university graduate program called the Physician Assistant Education Program. Both buildings were designed utilizing sustainable design principles. Endo Health Solutions achieved LEED-NC Silver certification, and the IPEX Building achieved 3 Green Globes certification. Also on display is Midtown Park, a multi-family residential building in Wilmington, DE, which is currently under construction. The project consists of two residential buildings split by a new street intended for pedestrian use and street festivals. The final project on display is the Museum and Memorial for the Baltic Way, a competition entry we submitted last year. The fictional project is located in Riga, Latvia – one of the three Baltic States the project is designed to honor.

The exhibition will be on display from until February 18th. Be sure to stop by and check out the great work done by local architects and designers!
