Bentley Systems is a leader in computer-aided drafting software that supports the professional needs of those responsible for creating and managing the world’s infrastructure, including roadways, bridges, airports, skyscrapers, industrial and power plants as well as utility networks. In addition to creating solutions for infrastructure management, Bentley offers a robust customer service initiative, including global services, 24/7 support team, and academic training programs.
The completion of the TPB Building represents the second successful project partnership between L2P and Bentley Systems. While the project began as a small retrofit, it expanded to a full renovation after an electrical fire caused extensive damage within the building.
The renovation centered on providing a modern space for Bentley Systems human resources, legal, marketing, and sales teams. New finishes and lighting, in conjunction with height-adjustable desking, create a fresh and dynamic workspace. The incorporation of flexible collaborative zones allows employees to work in a variety of work settings.
A new training center expanded the customer service program. The existing auditorium was outfitted with new lighting that better supports training programs, and the adjacent conference center was updated to include a new technology package. The training center is located off the lobby area, renovated to better reflect the building’s importance as a global headquarters.
