We devise and design environments that give form and shape to an organization’s business aspirations. We strive to create places that help our clients become the best version of themselves. Every time.

That means it isn’t about us. It’s about you—our partner—and creating the best environment for your organization.

Our process is driven by our innate curiosity. We ask questions. We do our research. We leave preconceptions at the door and immerse ourselves in your brand and its place within the industry. We learn. By investigating your business goals and your standards, we’re able to solve for the unique objectives of every initiative.

With L2P, you get an evidence-based approach focused on uncovering and understanding the minute details of your project and culture. But grasping the intricacies is not enough; we also step back to develop a perception of the global context in which you’re operating. By developing this deep understanding, we establish a foundation for design that changes the trajectory of your business.

Sustainable Design

Leadership In Sustainability

At L2P, sustainable design is integral to every project, whether or not LEED or Green Globes certification is desired. New, more sustainable design and building methodologies are continually under review for incorporation into our materials library and specifications. All new materials and methods are researched for issues of quality, endurance, safety, constructability, and whether a product or method is truly “Green.” Our commitment to sustainable design is evidenced in the first LEED-EBOM building in Philadelphia and the first LEED-CI Gold project in the U.S. In fact, we have completed almost half of all LEED-CI projects in the Philadelphia area. We are proud of the leadership we have shown in this area of our practice, and of the milestones we have achieved.
